Membership renewals and new memberships for 2017 now require a signature(s) acknowledging a 4-page document has been read. Please read the document and return the portion labeled ‘Return with membership application’. Retain the document for your records and for future reference.
All relevant signatures, along with your fee MUST be included to receive your membership. Memberships will not be issued without all of the required paperwork being completed in full and returned to Ponoka Fish and Game Association. Family memberships that include a spouse require the signature of the applicant and spouse. Below are links to both the 4-page document as well as the membership form. Remember….both are necessary.
Memberships are valid from January 1 to Midnight December 31 of the current year.
